Dan Lewis, MCT

Dan is an independent MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) in the UK. He spends the majority of his time running a variety of technical training courses for Microsoft Partners and academic institutions, primarily focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory and network security. He is a regular presenter of the Microsoft TechNet events and has also run technical seminars for HP, Novell and the British Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to becoming independent Dan worked for one of the UK’s largest Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions, where he learnt his trade so to speak and found there was a certain satisfaction in being able to apply one of his favourite activities – talking – for a living. It was here that he gained his MCSE and Master CNE qualifications and got involved in several AD design projects, as well as learning the ins and outs of taking people through a complete training program.

In his spare time Dan like to go skiing as often as possible, play role playing games and is interested in home theatre.
