Not sure if these are the basic topics for which you identify MVPs. I thought MVPs are supposed to do heavy lifting & not simple things like these, for such simple things there are lots of webcasts

Hi prabhupr70, User Group meetings are for SQL Users of all levels. We have selected very basic subject for UG launch based feedback of 60 people who had signed up. The slides contains the definition of the subject but understanding which was conveyed was very much in depth and true to real life concepts. The whole subject was attempted to make sure that every user who is using join uses it better understanding and flawless in future. You can read my heavy lifting subjects on my blog : http://blog.sqlauthority.com . User Group is place where everybody is welcome and everybody feel comfortable. This is the place where I work hard so Microsoft Technology get much more acceptable and developer have understanding of the subject. As a president I was the sole speaker this time, from now onwards, I will be taking only one session and other members will come forward to take other sessions. We have planned that we will have every month one celebrity speaker as well (MVP, Other Group Leader, Prominent Speaker from Industry etc.) You are welcome to join our user group if you in/around Gandhinagar. I assure you once you will join us you will have know us better. Best Regards, Pinal Dave Founder - http://blog.sqlauthority.com President - Gandhinagar SQL Server User Group - http://gandhinagar.sqlpass.org
