Must See, Practical IT Pro Survival Advice Brought To You By Forefront

Yuppers, it's been a little while since we last met.  I've been heads down on a number of work related and personal projects (like moving into a new house -- yikes!).

Anyhow...here's a little Monday afternoon humor brought you by my colleagues on the Microsoft Forefront team.  Today, we kicked off a new global Forefront campaign called "Easy, Easier".  A key part of the experience is a new (and hugely entertaining) website at http://www.easyeasier.com.

The site features practical advice on how to best defend yourself against such workplace hazards as being attacked by ninjas or if, by chance, a secret agent makes you his mark.

One of my favorite pieces of prescriptive guidance are the steps related to fending off a ninja attack

The above picture shows us how to defuse the sticky situation of being barraged by throwing stars with simple office tools like your whiteboard.

Oh, there are some great Forefront (Security Products for Business) links and downloads at this site too.

Okay.  One more. Here's another one that will likely be a favorite for those Office Space fans out there.  It involves using a trusty Swingline(TM) stapler to disarm a ninja who's got your number

I won't spoil any more of these for you.

Go ahead and visit http://www.easyeasier.com and have a good laugh!

As I've mentioned in the past...my buds down the hall in the Forefront team have one killer (no pun intended)

Very clever. The tickling one is a little uncomfortable to watch, but still, funny.
