Windows CE 5.0 Monthly Update September 2012 was released on 10/9/2012. You can get the update here. The update resolves the following issues:

2736701 An update rollup is available that includes MS12-037 cumulative security update for Internet Explorer for Windows CE 5.0
2737930 An update is available for the certificate revocation list on Windows CE 5.0
