   • choose Mobile / CompactFramework
5. Pocket PC 2003 SDK
6. Smartphone 2003 SDK
7. Smartphone 2003 SDK SPDPS Update for eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP4
8. Emulators for Pocket PC 2003 Second Edition
   • different for eVC and VS
9. Emulators for Smartphone 2003 Second Edition
   • different for eVC and VS
10. Developer Resources for Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition
11. Windows CE .NET Utilities v1.1 for Visual Studio .NET 2003
12. Windows Mobile Developer Power Toys
13. Windows Mobile Developer Samples - CallEvents
    • to send SMS or simulate Incoming Calls
14. Connect Emulator with ActiveSync
