Steve,I am obviously a little slow of the mark, but I have only just discovered the 'Fix it Center Pro' web service. This looks to be amazing, but when I follow the links above I am taken to a 'Support Diagnostics' page which has the diagnostic packages that you mention, but I do not seem to be able to access the 'Microsoft Fixit Center Pro' site. Also when I log in and run one of the diagnostic packages I am able to see it and select the uploaded 'Session Name'. However, the only option is 'Edit session name' and the 'Diagnostic Results' is blank (i.e. can not be expanded). This is despite there been a reproducible crash error.Aside from this the FixIT Center Pro console site does not seem to be accessible.Thank you.Tom Ward
