    I guess malware author would get smarter.  For example, try to damage the client computer when the control server is removed.  In this way, law enforcement won't do this step so easily.

    Yes, I am sure it is a 'game' of cat and mouse. But it is a 'game' that causes a lot of pain and financial loss for many people
