The authoriative guide to configuring RPC/HTTPs

Configuring RPC/HTTPs has proven to be challenging in the past.

The Exchange User Education group has spent a lot of time producing the authoriative guide as to how RPC/HTTPs should be configured and deployed. I know from when I was supporting this component, that running RPCPing was such a fun task to do :) So hopefully this new resource will prove very useful and answer a lot of questions.
