Unify grant and constituent data

Grant Management is an extensible template app built on Microsoft Power Platform. It aggregates constituent and grant data in a comprehensive profile to provide grantors and grantees with insights needed to proactively manage the end-to-end grant management lifecycle, from request to award, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and disbursement receipt.

The Grant Management template app includes the following elements:

Accounts and Contacts pages: The Accounts and Contacts pages provide basic information for tracking entities that participate in grant management as individuals, organizations, sponsors, recipients, and requestors. These pages display demographic and contact information and an engagement timeline.

Requests: On the Requests page, you can define and track an ask that is received or submitted for grant funding, including dates, amounts, goals, related stakeholders, and engagement timeline. The request serves as a single place to see related grants, or a commitmentment for grant funding, and reports.

Grants: The Grants tab defines details of committed grant funding, including the related request, recipient, amount, purpose, dates, and engagement timeline. Grants also include disbursements for tracking related financial transactions, and reports for recording milestones or reporting requirements.

Disbursements: The Disbursements page shows funds being transferred to the appropriate parties. This page shows the amount, recipient, dates, and status of the fund transfer and the related grant that the disbursement is related to.

Reports: On the Reports page, you can track the status of deliverables, evaluations, or other types of reports that are associated to a request or a grant, including type, dates, status, and constituents.
