When attempting to view certain resources on the Azure DevOps portal, I encounter an error message stating, "An unexpected error has occurred within this region of the page. You can try reloading this component or refreshing the entire page." Despite reloading, the issue persists. Additionally, other pages, such as Libraries, continue to load indefinitely, and I cannot access the details of pipeline runs.

Additional Information:

  • My admin has granted me all admin role permissions.
  • I have cleared cookies and cache.
  • I have tried logging in using multiple browsers, but the issue remains unresolved.
  • I've attached an image of the browser's logsUser's image

    Hello etorralba,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

We really apologize for the delay in providing you a response, if you still have the same problem, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem further:

Check Azure DevOps Status: Sometimes, the issue might be on Azure's end. You can check the Azure DevOps Service Status to see if there are any ongoing outages or incidents.

Network Issues: Ensure that your network connection is stable. Sometimes, firewall or proxy settings can interfere with Azure services. If you're on a corporate network, it might be worth checking with your IT team.

Browser Extensions: Disable any browser extensions that might interfere with page loading. Ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes cause issues with web applications.

    1. Incognito/Private Mode: Try accessing Azure DevOps in an incognito or private browsing window. This can help rule out issues related to cached data or extensions.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, I would recommend you reach out to support using the portal or you can also refer to the correct thread support: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/AzureDevOps

I hope the information provided was useful.

    Best regards,

    Gao.
