Type: System.ComponentModel.ITypeDescriptorContext
An ITypeDescriptorContext that provides a format context.
- culture
Type: System.Globalization.CultureInfo
The CultureInfo to use as the current culture.

The object to convert.
Return Value
Type: System.Object
The returned PropertyPath.

Remarks
This implementation only returns a result for a value of type String, or if value is already a valid PropertyPath.
