An instance of the ConvertBinder that represents the details of the dynamic operation.

The new DynamicMetaObject representing the result of the binding.
Remarks
In Visual Basic, only explicit conversion is supported. If you override this method, it is called by using the CTypeDynamic or CTypeDynamic functions.
