To view or change properties of distribution lists
Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
In the console tree, double-click the domain node.
Click the folder that contains the distribution group.
In the console tree, right-click the applicable distribution list (group).

- Active Directory Users and Computers/*YourDomain/*Folder/YourDistributionList(Group)
Click Properties.
View or change the distribution list (group) properties as needed.

To open Active Directory Users and Computers, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers.
Message Queuing distribution lists are distribution group objects in Active Directory.
The explicit members of distribution lists can be public queues, queue aliases, and other distribution lists, but not private queues or URL-named queues. Private queues and URL-named queues can be included in a distribution list by using queue aliases.
