ScrollBarView_t::DrawScrollBar (Windows CE 5.0)
This method draws a scroll bar.

Parameters
- hdc
[in] Handle to the device context for the window control. - hwnd
[in] Handle to the window control. - fVert
[in] Boolean that specifies whether the scroll bar is vertical or horizontal. TRUE specifies that the scroll bar is vertical. FALSE specifies that the scroll bar is horizontal. - State
[in] SCROLL_STATE value that indicates the state of the scroll bar. The following table shows the possible values.Value Description SCROLL_DN_PRESS Down arrow is pressed. SCROLL_NEXT_FREE Method that draws the scroll bar is free to draw the next state. SCROLL_NO_PRESS No arrow is pressed. SCROLL_PGDN_PRESS Page down arrow is pressed. SCROLL_PGUP_PRESS Page up arrow is pressed. SCROLL_SLIDE_PRESS Slider is pressed. SCROLL_UNAVAIL Scroll bar is unavailable. SCROLL_UP_PRESS Up arrow is pressed. - WindowState
[in] Unsigned, 32-bit integer that indicates the state of the window. The following table shows the possible values.Value Description WF_SBH_DISABLED Draws a disabled horizontal scroll bar. WF_SBV_DISABLED Draws a disabled vertical scroll bar. WF_WIN_IS_SB_CTL The WindowStyle parameter controls whether the scroll bars are disabled. - WindowStyle
[in] Unsigned, 32-bit integer that indicates the style of the window. WS_DISABLED indicates that the window is disabled. Any other value indicates that the window is enabled. - psbii
[in] Pointer to a ScrollBarInfoInternal structure that specifies information about the scroll bar.
