OID_TAPI_OPEN (Windows CE 5.0)
The OID_TAPI_OPEN object requests the miniport driver to open the line device designated by the given device ID and return the NIC driver's handle for the device.
Support for this request is mandatory.
This request uses an NDIS_TAPI_OPEN structure.
Requirements
OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Ntddndis.h and Ndistapi.h.
