This function fills a block of memory with 0s.

Parameters
- Destination
[in] Specifies the base virtual address of a block of memory. - Length
[in] Specifies how many bytes to fill with 0s.
Return Values
None.
Remarks
This function fills the specified range with 0s. The specified Destination and Length must be a proper subrange of a caller-accessible memory range.
