HTTP_FILTER_PREPROC_HEADERS (Windows CE 5.0)
This structure contains the notification information for use when the server is about to process the client headers. It is pointed to by the pvNotification parameter in HttpFilterProc when the NotificationType parameter is SF_NOTIFY_PREPROC_HEADERS.

Pointer to the GetHeader function, which retrieves the specified header value. Header names must include the trailing colon (:). - SetHeader
Pointer to the SetHeader function, which changes or deletes the value of a header. - AddHeader
Pointer to the AddHeader function to add a header to the response. - HttpStatus

Reserved for later use.
