If Microsoft validates your drivers, you can use Platform Builder to package and export the drivers as Microsoft Windows Installer files (.msi files) for other Platform Builder users to add to the Catalog in Platform Builder.
Third-party device drivers and BSPs are accessible from the Platform Builder Start page by choosing Downloads, and then choosing the Downloads or Drivers tab.
