ArrayList.Add Method

Adds a specified object to the end of the ArrayList collection.

Syntax

public virtual int Add (
         Object value
)

value
The object you want to add to the end of the ArrayList collection. This value can be a null reference.

The index number at which the specified object is added to the ArrayList collection.

The ArrayList collection accepts a null reference as a valid value and allows duplicate objects.

If the value of the Count property already equals the value of the Capacity property, Add automatically doubles the capacity of the list.

Available in the .NET Micro Framework versions 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 4.1, and 4.2.
