This method retrieves the item at the specified index in the IXRVisualStateGroupCollection collection.

Parameters
- ItemIndex
[in] An integer value that specifies the index of the location of the item to retrieve.
- ppObject
[out] Pointer to a pointer to an IXRVisualStateGroup object that represents the item located in the collection at the index specified in ItemIndex.
