This structure passes details about blit operations to the IDirectDrawSurface::AlphaBlt method.

- dwSize
This value contains the size of the structure.
- ddargbScaleFactors
This contains the red, green, blue and alpha values used for blending surfaces with no alpha information in a packed format.
- dwFillValue
This value contains the packed pixel format used to fill or blend into the surface when performing an alpha fill.
