addElement Method (Windows CE 5.0)
This method identifies the custom type mapper to be used for a specified element.

Parameters
- bstrElementName
[in] Name of the element. - bstrElementNamespace
[in] Namespace of the element. - bstrProgID
[in] ProgID of the class that implements the type mapper.
