IeXdi2CodeBp::SetState (Windows CE 5.0)
This method enables or disables a breakpoint.
If necessary, this method also frees a breakpoint-triggering resource to disable a requested breakpoint, or re-allocates a breakpoint-triggering resource to enable a requested breakpoint.

Parameters
- fEnabled
[in] If TRUE, this Boolean value indicates a breakpoint is enabled. - fResetBypassedOccurences
[in] If TRUE, this value resets to 0 the number of bypasses that have occurred related to this breakpoint.
