CacheView_t::Init (Windows CE 5.0)
This method initializes the cache of objects for GWES controls.

Parameters
- hInstance
[in] Handle to an instance of Gwes.exe. - bLargeUi
[in] Boolean that specifies whether to use small or large UI elements. TRUE indicates that large UI elements should be used. FALSE indicates that small UI elements should be used.

None.
Remarks
This function is called when GWES has started and is initializing.
The object definitions are based on registry settings set by the OEM or on internal defaults.
