CoInternetGetSession (Windows CE 5.0)
This function creates a session that allows temporary asynchronous pluggable protocols to be implemented and returns the IInternetSession interface of the session.

Parameters
- dwSessionMode
Reserved. Must be set to zero. - ppIInternetSession
Address of a pointer to the IInternetSession interface. - dwReserved
Reserved. Must be set to zero.
Return Values
Returns one of the values shown in the following table.

| S_OK | Successful. |
| E_OUTOFMEMORY | Not enough memory to create a session. |
| E_INVALIDARG | One of the arguments is invalid. |
