EC_STREAM_ERROR_STOPPED (Windows CE 5.0)
The stream has stopped, but should not have stopped.
Parameters
- lParam1
Major code (HRESULT of some operation that failed). - lParam2
Minor code (generally zero.).
Remarks
This event notification is sent from a filter to the filter graph manager and the application.

Requirements
DirectShow applications and DirectShow filters have different include file and link library requirements.
