BthAGNetworkInit (Windows CE 5.0)
This function is called by the Audio Gateway (AG) service to initialize the Network module.

Parameters
- hInstance
[in] Handle to the AG service instance.
Return Values
If the function call succeeds, the return value is ERROR_SUCCESS. Any other value indicates a failure.
Remarks
BthAGNetworkInit returns synchronously.
