Filters.Add method
Appends or inserts a new Filter of the specified FilterID into a Filters collection.

Required. String value.

Long value.
Value Meaning - 0
Default.

Type: HRESULT
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
