IUpdateSearcher::ClientApplicationID property
Identifies the current client application.
This property is read/write.
Syntax
HRESULT put_ClientApplicationID(
[in] BSTR value

HRESULT get_ClientApplicationID(
[out] BSTR *retval
);
Property value
A string value that identifies the new client application. A string that is too long is truncated.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
Remarks
Returns the Unknown value if the client application has not set the property.
