COAUTHIDENTITY.Flags Field
Represents values indicating that strings are ANSI (0x1) or Unicode (0x2). This value can be SEC_WINNT_AUTH_IDENTITY_ANSI or SEC_WINNT_AUTH_IDENTITY_UNICODE.
