VsUpToDateCheckFlags2 Enumeration
Flags passed into AreProjectsUpToDate as well as QueryStartUpToDateCheck and StartUpToDateCheck to indicate that the operation for the purpose of a particular build request is done.
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.
