Creates an object that has special type descriptor logic to expose the specified dictionary of property values.

An object with the specified properties attached.
Remarks
You can use this method to display a set of read-only data as properties of a node in the SharePoint Connections hierarchy in Server Explorer. In an event handler for the NodePropertiesRequested event, call this method to create an object that contains a set of read-only properties from a SharePoint site, and assign this object to the PropertySources property of the event arguments.
