AlreadyInstalledException Constructor (String, Exception)

Creates a AlreadyInstalledException exception, and specifies an error message and the inner exception that threw it.

  The text to display.

Although this API supports the Extension Manager infrastructure, we recommend that you do not use it because it is subject to change.
