Private Sub OvalShape1_RegionChanged() Handles OvalShape1.RegionChanged
    ' Force the shape to repaint.
    OvalShape1.Invalidate()
End Sub
private void ovalShape1_RegionChanged(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
