Specifies the data source information property that indicates whether the parameter prefix should appear in the value set for the Name property.

Remarks
Occasionally, parameter names used in the IVsDataParameter object will not require the parameter prefix. Specifying false for this property allows this information to be specified.
This information is used by the Visual Studio designers to determine how to create correctly qualified parameter names.
