Parameters
dataView
Type: System.ObjectObject instance of the specified data view.
provider
Type: System.GuidUnique identifier of a DDEX provider.
connectionString
Type: System.StringAn unencrypted or encrypted string containing connection information.
encryptedString
Type: System.BooleanIndicates whether the connectionString parameter is encrypted.
Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
Returns true if there is equivalency; otherwise returns false.
Exceptions
Exception | Condition |

ArgumentNullException | The dataView and/or connectionString parameter is null. |
ArgumentException | The specified provider is not a registered DDEX provider. |
