Parameters
pszFilePath
Type: String[in] Pointer to a string containing the file name. May be relative to the current directory (.).
pItemid
Type: UInt32%[out] Pointer to the item identifier assigned to the item, a VSITEMID. Set to VSITEMID_NIL if there is an error.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
