Parameters
propid
Type: Int32[in] Integer. The property to set. A value from the __VSVPROPID enumeration.
rguid
Type: Guid%[in] Reference to a GUID. The value to assign to the property.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
