Sets the border space for a tool window after the toolbar is placed.

Type: array<Microsoft.VisualStudio.OLE.Interop.RECT[][in] Border space for the tool window.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
Remarks
This method returns the coordinates of the usable area in the specified RECT after the toolbar is placed.
