dwCookie
Type: UInt32[in] Abstract handle representing the registration to be cancelled. VSPackages that register for notification receive an abstract handle representing their registration when they call AdviseSelectionEvents.
Return Value
Type: Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
