CCRTAllocator::Allocate
Call this static function to allocate memory.

Parameters
- nBytes
The number of bytes to allocate.
Return Value
Returns a void pointer to the allocated space, or NULL if there is insufficient memory available.
Remarks
Allocates memory. See malloc for more details.
