Called before any build actions have begun. This is the last chance to cancel the build before any building begins.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

Informs listeners that update actions might be about to begin. This method is sent before any dependency checking or build/deploy prompts. A component can set *pbCancel to true to cancel the update actions. If this event is sent, the UpdateSolution_Done event should be expected whether or not the event is canceled.
