IGeneratedTestClass.InitializeTestManager Method
Performs test case setup. The test harness calls this method before running a test case. This method supports the generated test cases and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Remarks
The value of the TestInitializeAttribute Cord switch determines which attribute is applied to this method in the generated test class.
This method sets the Manager property of the generated test class to an ITestManager object. In the call to the constructor of the test manager, the generated test class is set as the test site for the test manager.
Notes to Inheritors: The DefaultTestManager provides a default implementation of the ITestManager interface. For more information, see the DefaultTestManager constructor.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
