CompoundValue.Equality Method

Returns a value that indicates whether two compound values are equal.

Parameters

  • left
    The first compound value to compare.
  • right
    The second compound value to compare.

Return Value

true if the left and right parameters structurally equal; otherwise, false.

Remarks

Two compound value types are considered equal if they are of the same type and are structurally equal, that is all of their fields are equal.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
