Add Resources to an Application

This procedure describes how to add resources to an application. An application is a collection of resources that are synchronized and/or deployed together.

To add resources to an application

1. In the Application Center snap-in, expand the cluster node.

2. Click Applications.

3. In the Applications view, click an existing application or create a new application.

4. In the Resource box, click the appropriate resource type, and then click Add.

5. In the list of resources, click the resource.

   To add multiple resources, repeat the preceding step.

 Note   Some COM+ applications might have files or other resources that are associated with them, and these should also be included in the application being synchronized. These resources might not appear in the COM+ Explorer.
