IProgram2::BalloonRemindersRequired Property

IProgram2::BalloonRemindersRequired is a read-only property, in Configuration Manager, that indicates whether balloon reminders are shown when programs become available to a user. This value can be set using the Configuration Manager Administrator Console through advertisement properties.

HRESULT BalloonRemindersRequired(BOOL*  pVal);

Parameters

  • pVal
    Data type: BOOL

    Qualifiers: [out, retval]

    Pointer to true if balloon reminders are required, and to false if they are not required.

Return Values

An HRESULT code. Possible values include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • S_OK
    The method succeeded.
