IConnectorFramework.AcknowledgeMonitoringAlertsForTiers Method (Guid, DateTime, ConnectorTieredOperationFailure[])
Applies To: Operations Manager for System Center 2012
The monitoring connector acknowledges that it has successfully received monitoring alerts from the ConnectorFrameworkProxy for all tiered Management Groups. It acknowledges alerts up until the given bookmark. The failures that occurred for the configured tiers are returned.

Sub AcknowledgeMonitoringAlertsForTiers (
connectorId As Guid,
utcBookmarkTime As Date,
<OutAttribute> ByRef failures As ConnectorTieredOperationFailure()
)
Parameters
connectorId
Type: System.GuidA globally unique identifier (GUID) for the monitoring connector.
utcBookmarkTime
Type: System.DateTimeA timestamp bookmark.
failures
Type: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.ConnectorFramework.ConnectorTieredOperationFailure[]The array of failures that may have occurred for various tiered monitoring groups.
Remarks
The monitoring connector must acknowledge that alerts have been received. Failure to acknowledge an alert will result in subsequent calls to GetMonitoringAlertsForTiers returning previously returned alerts until its successful transmission is acknowledged by the monitoring connector.
After acknowledging alerts, you get alerts that are updated after the bookmark time that you acknowledged with.
