CallState Enumeration

The CallState enumeration defines the state of a phone call.

The values of CallState are:

  • None
    No call control CSTA message has been exchanged.
  • MonitorStarted
    The MonitorStart CSTA message has been exchanged.
  • AgentStateReady
    The SetAgentState CSTA message has been exchanged.
  • DeliveredEventReceived
    An incoming call has been received but not yet answered.
  • Established
    Either an inbound call or an outbound call has been established.
