Represents a single paragraph in a selection, range, or document.

The Paragraph type exposes the following members.

Public method CloseUp Removes any spacing before the specified paragraphs.
Public method Indent Indents one or more paragraphs by one level.
Public method IndentCharWidth Indents one or more paragraphs by a specified number of characters.
Public method IndentFirstLineCharWidth Indents one or more paragraphs by a specified number of characters.
Public method JoinList Joins a list paragraph with the closest list above or below the specified paragraph.
Public method ListAdvanceTo Sets the list levels for a paragraph in a list.
Public method Next Returns a Paragraph object that represents the next paragraph.
Public method OpenOrCloseUp If spacing before the specified paragraphs is 0 (zero), this method sets spacing to 12 points. If spacing before the paragraphs is greater than 0 (zero), this method sets spacing to 0 (zero).
Public method OpenUp Sets spacing before the specified paragraphs to 12 points.
Public method Outdent Removes one level of indent for one or more paragraphs.
Public method OutlineDemote Applies the next heading level style (Heading 1 through Heading 8) to the specified paragraph or paragraphs.
Public method OutlineDemoteToBody Demotes the specified paragraph or paragraphs to body text by applying the Normal style.
Public method OutlinePromote Applies the previous heading level style (Heading 1 through Heading 8) to the specified paragraph or paragraphs.
Public method Previous Returns the previous paragraph as a Paragraph object.
Public method Reset Removes manual paragraph formatting (formatting not applied using a style).
Public method ResetAdvanceTo Resets a paragraph that uses custom list levels to the original level settings.
Public method SelectNumber Selects the number or bullet in a list.
Public method SeparateList Separates a list into two separate lists. For numbered lists, the new list restarts numbering at the starting number, usually 1.
Public method Space1 Single-spaces the specified paragraphs. The exact spacing is determined by the font size of the largest characters in each paragraph.
Public method Space15 Formats the specified paragraphs with 1.5-line spacing.
Public method Space2 Double-spaces the specified paragraphs.
Public method TabHangingIndent Sets a hanging indent to a specified number of tab stops.
Public method TabIndent Sets the left indent for the specified paragraphs to a specified number of tab stops.
