Returns all the resources of a specific kind that the current session may perform a specific operation on.

Arguments
@resourceKind
Type: [Repository.Item].[SecuredResourceKindId]. A filter on the kind of resource to return.
@operation
Type: [Repository.Item].[SecuredOperationId]. A filter on the kind of operation to return.
